What you are signing up for

When you separately opt in to text messages from Lockwood Family Enterprises LLC dba Lockwood IT Services, you agree to receive transactional messages about your bookings, appointments, and payments. These may include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and payment notifications. This program does not include marketing texts.

Your choice

Consent is optional and is not required to purchase services. Providing a phone number, submitting an inquiry, or booking an appointment does not by itself enroll you. You can book and purchase services without opting in to texts.

Only enroll a mobile number you own or are authorized to use. Please let us know if your number changes or is reassigned.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies depending on your bookings, appointments, and payments. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier’s plan.

Unsubscribe or get help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. Opting out of texts does not cancel an appointment or change your payment obligations.

Message delivery

Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Contact us by email if you need to confirm an appointment or payment and have not received an expected message.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use phone numbers, messaging preferences, and communication records. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
