Remote support is $85/hour. 30-minute minimum charge ($42.50), then billed in 15-minute increments. On-site support is $95/hour. One-hour minimum charge ($95), then billed in 15-minute increments. Travel is included within Crossett city limits. Additional travel charges outside this area are quoted before booking. Projects get a fixed price for the listed scope or a written quote, and managed plans are a predictable monthly fee. You approve every price before work starts.
Do we have to sign a contract?
Not for hourly support or one-time projects. Managed support plans are covered by a simple written agreement.
