Business Remote Support: $85/hour. Help desk for your team. 30-minute minimum charge ($42.50), then billed in 15-minute increments.
Business On-Site Support: $95/hour. In-person work at your office. One-hour minimum charge ($95), then billed in 15-minute increments.
Travel is included within Crossett city limits. Additional travel charges outside this area are quoted before booking.
Your quote lists the service scope, applicable minimum charge and billing increments, and any separately quoted work or travel charges for approval before work starts.
