When do I pay?
After we’ve looked at the problem and you’ve approved the quote. Nothing gets done until you agree to the price.
What if you can’t fix it?
No fix, no fee. If we can’t solve the problem, you don’t pay for the service.
How does remote support work?
At your appointment we send a secure, one-time link. You approve the connection, watch everything we do, and can end it at any time. Learn more.
